How the business works
WallJoy sells peel-and-stick wallpaper in 54 designs. We do not keep a stock of printed rolls. Every panel is printed to order by a print partner in the European Union, then shipped tracked to your address in the United States. Prices are in US dollars.
Panels are 30 inches wide and printed to the height you choose. The Room Kit planner turns your wall measurements into a panel count and a panel height, so you can check the numbers before you order.
Ordering, samples and delivery
- Samples. Any design is available as a $15 sample with free US shipping, so you can see the color and texture in your own light. Order one from the samples page.
- Shipping. Shipping is free everywhere in the United States. No minimums, no surcharges. Every panel is printed to order by our supplier in the EU, which takes 1–2 business days (up to 5 business days in the holiday season), then ships tracked to your door, which takes 2–3 business days in the US. Typical door-to-door time is about one week. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the print studio. Read the full shipping policy.
- Returns and defects. Every panel is printed to order for your wall, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted, tell us within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund, your choice. Print defects are replaced free, no return shipping needed. Read the full returns policy.
- Checkout. Payment is handled by Shopify checkout. See the privacy policy for what is collected and the terms for how orders work.
What we have not tested
We have not yet completed our own removal tests, so we make no promise about how panels come off a particular wall. Our sample guide explains how to test a sample on your own wall first.
